📋 Position Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 3 years of relevant IT technical support experience.
🔹 Experience in CCTV installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
🔹 Good knowledge of network administration (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and troubleshooting).
🔹 Skills in Server and Active Directory management.
🔹 Strong hardware, software, and IT systems troubleshooting skills.
🔹 Experience in IT security and identifying potential security issues.
🔹 Ability to report network or user-side security violations.
🔹 Good communication and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Ability to work independently and support users at different locations.
