Position Title: IT Manager
Location: Sulaymaniyah

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee all IT operations, including networks, servers, and systems
• Lead IT team and coordinate daily technical activities
• Maintain and administer CCTV and surveillance systems, ensuring full functionality and security
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime
• Implement IT security policies, firewalls, VPNs, and data protection measures
• Manage backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
• Oversee IT projects, upgrades, and system implementations
• Manage vendors, suppliers, and IT budgets
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and best practices
• Provide regular reports to management on IT performance
IT Managers typically handle infrastructure, security, and service delivery while ensuring business continuity and system reliability.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT management or similar role
• Strong knowledge of:
o Networking (Cisco, VLAN, VPN)
o Windows Server & Active Directory
o VMware & virtualization
o Firewalls & IT security
o Backup and disaster recovery
o CCTV & surveillance systems
• Relevant certifications such as:
o ITIL Foundation
o CCNA
o HCIA / MTA / MCDE / HCSA or similar
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
