🔹 Requirements:
* Nationality: Iraqi national.
* Experience: 2–4 years in IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support.
* Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
* Core Duties: Active Directory, user support, and endpoint troubleshooting.
* Operations: Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and SLA-based support.
* Soft Skills: Good communication and customer support skills.
* Languages: English proficiency is required (Arabic/Kurdish is a plus).
