Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our site team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health, Safety, and Environmental management and ensure compliance with all company and project safety standards.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor and enforce HSE policies and procedures at the site.
* Conduct daily safety inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
* Prepare HSE reports, incident investigations, and corrective action plans.
* Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and company standards.
* Coordinate with site supervisors and workers to promote a strong safety culture.
* Provide regular HSE training and awareness sessions to all site personnel.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an HSE Officer in a construction or fabrication site.
* Valid IOSH and NEBOSH certificates (mandatory).
* Knowledge of safety standards and risk management practices.
* Strong communication, observation, and reporting skills.
* Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
