Job Summary:
نحن نبحث عن مدرب تصميم جرافيك موهوب وذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا. سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن تقديم تدريبات فعالة وجذابة في مبادئ وأدوات وتقنيات التصميم الجرافيكي للطلاب أو الموظفين. تشمل هذه الوظيفة توجيه المتدربين لتطوير مهاراتهم الإبداعية والتقنية باستخدام برامج التصميم المعتمدة في الصناعة مثل Adobe Creative Suite..
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver training sessions on graphic design fundamentals, typography, layout, branding, and visual communication.
• Teach design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools.
• Create course materials, lesson plans, and hands-on projects.
• Assess trainees' work and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools.
• Adapt training methods to different learning styles and skill levels.
• Support trainees in building a professional design portfolio.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements
• Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field 
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills.
Skills and Competencies:
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Patience and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Training may be delivered in-person or online.
• Flexible hours may be required depending on the schedule of trainees.
