🎯 Role Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading financial operations at the headquarters in Erbil, strengthening internal controls, supporting sustainable growth, and providing accurate financial insights to senior management.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Oversee finance, accounting, and reporting functions
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial risks
Issue monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and internal policies
Manage banking and external audit relationships
Supervise payroll and cost-control processes
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
Lead and develop the finance team
Support ERP finance module improvements

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
CPA, CMA, or ACCA is an advantage
Minimum 5 years of finance experience
At least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of IFRS and Iraq/KRG tax regulations
Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
Odoo & SAP experience is an advantage
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
English fluency required; Arabic or Kurdish is a plus
