Experience: 10-15 Years in Electrical Engineering in residential and commercial projects. 

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager on behalf of a client to lead electrical projects within larger construction initiatives. You will oversee project execution, manage a dedicated electrical team, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
. Lead and oversee electrical projects from start to finish.
. Monitor progress, manage budgets, and adjust plans as needed.

- Team & Technical Oversight:
. Supervise daily electrical department activities.
. Review and approve electrical designs and technical documentation.

-Stakeholder Coordination:
. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
. Conduct site inspections and ensure safety compliance.

- Innovation:
. Research new electrical technologies.
. Manage the commissioning process through handover.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or MSc in Electrical Engineering.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in Electrical management in residential and commercial projects.
- Local knowledge of Iraq rules and regulation in related field
- Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in Building Management System (BMS) and (PLC) Management. 
- Proficient with project management software.
