Reports To: Inventory Manager
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Friday Off)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to manage the onboarding of new products into the inventory system. The ideal candidate will ensure that all product information is accurately entered, categorized correctly, and aligned with inventory management standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboard New Items: Enter new products into the system, ensuring all necessary details are filled out correctly.
Barcode Accuracy: Verify and update product barcodes to ensure they are correctly linked to each item.
Product Categorization: Assign each item to the appropriate category (e.g., food, electronics, household, etc.) for better organization and tracking.
Item Type Identification: Identify whether the product is a single unit, package, set, or kit, and input the correct classification.
Pricing Management: Enter both the cost price (purchase price) and selling price (retail price) into the system.
Quality Control: Regularly review and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and prevent duplicate or incorrect entries.
Collaboration: Work closely with the purchasing and inventory teams to keep product data up to date.
Requirements:
Prior experience in data entry, inventory management, or retail operations is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data.
Basic knowledge of inventory systems (experience with Odoo is an advantage).
Ability to categorize products correctly and ensure accuracy in pricing and barcodes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for data handling.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with other teams.
Arabic language is required (both reading and writing) for accurate product entry and communication.
