MenaCalls Contact Center is seeking motivated and talented CRM & Sales Representatives to join its growing automotive project team.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships through CRM systems.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Promote automotive products and services.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain accurate records.
Achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
✅ Job Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or CRM is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced contact center.
Fluency in Arabic and Kurdish.
English proficiency: B2 or above.
Strong motivation and customer service skills.
