MenaCalls Contact Center is expanding and looking for motivated CRM & Sales Representatives to join our growing team for an exciting Automotive Project.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer relationships using CRM systems
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Promote automotive products and services to potential customers
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer records
• Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

🔹 Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or CRM roles is preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced contact center environment
• Passion for sales and customer service
• Languages: Fluent in Arabic & Kurdish
• English Level: B2 or above
