📢 Job Opportunity – Senior Commercial Projects & Distribution Manager

📍 Location: Iraq

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Projects & Distribution Manager to lead commercial project sales, expand distribution networks, and drive market growth across Iraq.

Key Responsibilities

Lead national project sales and commercial operations.
Develop and expand dealer and distributor networks.
Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, architects, and key customers.
Achieve annual sales, profitability, and collection targets.
Identify new market opportunities and support expansion across Iraq.
Lead, coach, and develop regional commercial teams.
Monitor project pipelines and improve conversion rates.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
Collaborate with supply chain, finance, operations, and marketing teams.
Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ERP and reporting tools to manage performance.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial management, project sales, business development, or distribution.
At least 5 years in a senior management role.
Proven experience managing commercial operations across multiple branches or provinces.
Strong knowledge of the Iraqi market, including the Kurdistan Region and federal Iraq.
Existing relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, dealers, and distributors are highly preferred.
Experience in sanitary ware, tiles, building materials, furniture, kitchens, lighting, architectural products, or luxury interior solutions is an advantage.
Strong leadership, negotiation, planning, forecasting, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic is mandatory.
Good command of English is preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively across Iraq.
