Junior Car Showroom Experience Coordinator

Location: KAZO Luxury Car Showroom

Job Summary:
The role of a showroom Experience coordinator is critical in delivering a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving all customers entering  the showroom and directing them to the relevent persons.
• Responsible for the presentation and cleanliness of the showroom to meet KAZO luxury standards by coordinating with the showroom service staff.
• Maintaining a showroom atmosphere of the highest standards.
• Scheduling and managing appointments for test drives and customer visits.
• Responsible for giving  promotional items and gifts to the customers.


Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency is required (Arabic, Kurdish) English is a plus.
• Exceptional organization and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring showroom displays and operations meet the highest standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional appearance and good grooming to represent KAZO's premium brand.

ڕۆڵی ڕێکخەری, ئەرکێکی گرینگە بۆ پێشانگاکە، لە پێشکەشکردنی هەستێکی تایبەت و نایاب بە  کڕیار.

بەرپرسیارێتیە سەرەکیەکان: 

• سڵاو لە هەموو ئەو کڕیارانەی کە دەچنە ناو پێشانگاکە و ئاراستەکردنیان بۆ کەسە پەیوەندیدارەکان.
• بەرپرسیارە لە نمایشکردن و پاکوخاوێنی پێشانگاکە بۆ ئەوەی لەگەڵ ستانداردەکانی پێشانگای  کازۆ  بگونجێت، بە هەماهەنگی لەگەڵ ستافی خزمەتگوزاری پێشانگاکە.
• پاراستنی کەشوهەوای پێشانگاکە بە بەرزترین  ئاست 
• دانانی خشتەی کات و بەڕێوەبردنی چاوپێکەوتن بۆ تاقیکردنەوە، و سەردانی کڕیار.
• بەرپرسیارە لە پێشکەشکردنی بابەتی بانگەشە و دیاری بۆ کڕیاران.

بڕوانامە و مەرجەکان: 

• بڕوانامەی ئامادەیی یان هاوتای، بڕوانامەی بەکالۆریۆس هەلی وەرگرتن باشتردەکات.
• شارەزایی لەم دوو زمانە هەبێت  (عەرەبی و کوردی)و گەر  زمانی ئینگلیزی بزانێت هەلی وەرگرتن باشتردەکات.
• توانای ڕێکخستن و هەماهەنگی ناوازەبێت.
• گرنگیدانێکی بەهێز بە وردەکارییەکان، دڵنیابوون لەوەی کە نمایش و کارکردنی  پێشانگاکە لە بەرزترین ئاستدابێت.
• توانای پەیوەندیکردن و چارەسەرکردنی کێشەی بەهێزبێت.
• شارەزایی لە مایکرۆسۆفت ئۆفیس.
• دەرکەوتنی بە پۆشاکی فەرمی و دیمەنێکی باش بۆ نوێنەرایەتیکردنی براندی KAZO بەجوانترین شێوە.
