🔹 About the Role
Owmarkets is looking for an experienced Female Business Development Supervisor to supervise business development activities, manage client relationships, identify new opportunities, and support company growth within the financial services industry.
🔹 Responsibilities
• Supervise and support business development activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Monitor team performance and help achieve sales targets.
• Understand client needs and present suitable financial products and services.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Prepare regular reports on business development and sales activities.
🔹 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: Kurdish & Arabic required; English is an advantage.
