Neuron Medical Complex is seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development & Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, strengthening the Neuron brand, and expanding our patient base through innovative sales and marketing strategies.
✅ Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
• Strengthen brand awareness and promote Neuron’s specialized healthcare services.
• Design and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Build, lead, and manage sales, marketing, and call center teams.
• Define, implement, and monitor KPIs and OKRs.
• Design and optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention processes.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop partnerships with corporations, organizations, and VIP clients.
• Improve lead generation and conversion rates.
• Prepare management reports and recommend strategies to increase revenue and market share.
🎯 Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Proven experience in leading and managing sales and marketing teams.
• Strong expertise in designing and managing KPIs and OKRs.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and customer relationship management systems.
• Ability to design and optimize sales funnels and customer journeys.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and contract management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Solid understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
• Experience in healthcare, hospitals, medical centers, or healthcare-related services is highly preferred.
• Ability to develop innovative ideas and campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
