Back Sales Officer (Female)

📍 Location: Erbil, Iraq  
🏢 Company: Blue Gates Company – Exclusive Agent of Hempel Paints in Iraq

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Female Back Sales Officer to join our team and support our sales operations, order processing, and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with international factories and suppliers to prepare and process purchase orders.
- Prepare and review packing lists, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Issue sales invoices for authorized distributors across Iraq.
- Follow up on shipments, deliveries, and logistics operations.
- Handle basic accounting tasks, invoicing, and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, shipments, and transactions.
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the sales department.

Requirements:
- Female candidates only.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) – MANDATORY.
- Good command of Arabic.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in back-office sales, logistics, or accounting is preferred.
