Job Opportunity: Architecture Engineer

Overview
Architecture, also known as building design, combines science, engineering, art, and creativity to design and plan projects. Architects integrate technical knowledge with passion and innovation to transform ideas into reality. This role also contributes to interior and exterior building designs and execution.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct thorough research and site analysis to assess specifications and suitability for projects.
2. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and team members to deliver high-quality designs.
3. Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
4. Utilize advanced design software to create accurate and innovative plans.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in design-related work.
3. Proficiency in rendering and design software, such as SketchUp and 3DMax.
4. Strong communication skills in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (written and spoken).
5. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills for client interaction.

Job Details
• Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
• Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Workdays: 6 days per week.
• Location: Sulaimani, near the Sulaimani Governorate Building.
